Biography:
In the realm of contemporary photography, Shyjith Onden Cheriyath stands as a storyteller whose lens reveals the intricate connections between people, culture, and place. A seasoned art director who embraced photography in 2011, his work transcends mere imagery to become narratives that celebrate both landscapes and the human spirit.

His journey began with landscapes but soon expanded into a profound exploration of communities and traditions worldwide. His portfolio is adorned with international recognition, including the Grand Winner title at HIPA’s World’s Coolest Winter 2023, First Place in Journeys and Adventures at the Siena International Photography Awards, First Place in Architecture at the Xposure International Photography Awards, Third Place in The Independent Photographer’s Travel theme, and the Best Visual Art title from Magzold Emerging Art Icons 2023. In 2024, National Geographic spotlighted his work, further cementing his presence on the global stage.
